Car Rental Regulations:

• The renter and driver need to be in possession of a valid driver's license and passport. Minimum age of the renter and authorized driver is 23 years.
  
  
• Accidents caused by negligence of the driver will not be compensated by Dornbusch Car Hire.
  
  
• The driver is responsible for the acquisition of petrol.
  
  
• Dornbusch Car Hire cannot be held liable for damages caused to tyres or the windscreen. (Valid when choosing insurance without zero excess)
  
  
• In the case of an accident whereby the concerned parties have experienced injuries to themselves or in case of death Dornbusch Car Hire cannot be held liable.
  
  
• No vehicles may be taken across the border without the written consent of Dornbusch Car Hire.
  
  
• Laws are stipulated by the Namibian Constitution.
