Car Rental Regulations: The renter and driver need to be in possession of a valid driver's license and passport. Minimum age of the renter and authorized driver is 23 years. Accidents caused by negligence of the driver will not be compensated by Dornbusch Car Hire. The driver is responsible for the acquisition of petrol. Dornbusch Car Hire cannot be held liable for damages caused to tyres or the windscreen. (Valid when choosing insurance without zero excess) In the case of an accident whereby the concerned parties have experienced injuries to themselves or in case of death Dornbusch Car Hire cannot be held liable. No vehicles may be taken across the border without the written consent of Dornbusch Car Hire. Laws are stipulated by the Namibian Constitution.
